OMTCO is an independent advisory firm founded in 2008, specializing in Software Asset Management (SAM), licensing, audit support, and SAM tools.

With offices in Munich, Paris, and Vienna, OMTCO serves clients across Europe, primarily on-site, with a strong presence in Germany (Bonn, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich), France (Paris, Lyon, Toulouse), the Benelux region (Amsterdam, Brussels, Luxembourg), and the United Kingdom (London).

Professional relationships with software vendors are maintained for the benefit of our clients – for example, to clarify contractual or licensing terms.

As a 100% employee-owned company, OMTCO operates without external influence.
